Playlists Revisited
Posted by on August 1, 2008 For those of you who do not know, Sound-Test Playlists are just what the name describes: lists of your favorite songs found throughout the website. Users who are registered on our forums (registration is completely free) and logged in to Sound-Test with the same username and password can take advantage of this feature. After several requests by visitors, we have implemented several new changes:
1. Organization of your playlist is much easier, with no more annoying buttons...instead, we have implemented drag & drop technology. All you have to do is click "Edit Playlist" on whatever playlist you want, and you can drag your songs into whatever order suits your fancy. You can also delete songs easily by dragging them to the aptly named "Trash Can" right above the list of songs. You can also mass-delete by check-marking a song and pressing "Delete Selected."
2. You can now download specific songs on your playlist, all at once. All you need to do is click on the checkbox next to whatever songs you want to download, and on the drop-down menu that says "With Selected:", click "Download selected." Think of this as a shopping cart of songs. Instead of downloading your favorite individual songs from several different soundtracks, add them to a playlist and you can download them all at once.
3. You can now move songs between playlists. Say you accidentally added a song to the wrong playlist? No problem! Check-mark that song, select the right playlist from the drop down, and click "Go"...and you're set!
Enjoy. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to send us an email through the contact form.
